Thanksgiving Meal Volunteer Opportunity

📍 Location: Next to the old St. Anastasia School — 910 Orange Ave Fort Pierce, FL 34950
🕖 Date: Thanksgiving Morning (Arrival between 7:00–9:00 AM)
🕐 Event Wrap-Up: Around 12:30–1:00 PM or after final cleanup and meal served
📆 Pre-Event Help Needed: Wednesday before Thanksgiving, 9:00–11:00 AM (Opening cans of vegetables)

We’re bringing back our annual Thanksgiving community meal — and we need your help! We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to assist with:

• Early setup (starting at 7:00 AM)
• Heating food and setting up buffet stations
• Assisting with meal service and packaging
• Managing vehicle traffic for drive-up meal pickups
• Keeping the area clean throughout the event
• Prayer tent support
• End-of-event breakdown and cleanup

💡 We’re also looking to build a core team of 2–3 volunteer leads to help coordinate and grow this event annually as we continue rebuilding since COVID.

Bonus: We hope to once again offer onsite dining for our guests, as we did in the past when we served up to 10,000–12,000 people, including deliveries.
